More than 80 years producing honey
In 1926, our grandfather Alcide Merlet was obtaining his first crop of honey in Barbezieux (France) of a beehive of cork that a neighbor had given him. Later, he established himself with his family and 500 beehives in a forest of the region of the Gharb in Morocco where in addition he was producing charcoal of the eucalyptus. His son Raymond developed the activity up to managing to be the first bee-keeper of Morocco with 5000 beehives in the decade of the 80.
Today, the headquarters of our company are in Castellon de la Plana, one of the best zones apícolas of Spain. We have offices in France, and the fourth generation is developing already new projects. We have invested in the most advanced technology and in top systems of quality control to offer them the best of the apiculture.
