The Geographical Protected Indication (IGP) Castelló's Wines has organized a course of organic production that will be celebrated on May 9, 10 and 12 in the headquarters of Castelló's Wine Association, placed in Benlloc.
Stockbreeding contributes to the highest area covered, followed by olive groves and dried fruits. The province now has 12.751 organic hectares compared to 8.543 of 2016.
