Badúm is a mancraft, natural, singular and indigenous beer, elaborated in Peñíscola. Its name supposes a recognition and putting in value of Peñíscola's historical and natural heritage, represented by the Badum tower, tower of medieval origin lifted on a cliff of more than 95 metres of height in full natural place of the Serra d'Irta.
We elaborate special beers, of high fermentation and re-fermented in its own bottle, where they take the gas that forms the foam and evolve with the time.
Our beer doesn't go through industrial processes, neither filtered nor pasteurized of the beer, because we believe in the purity of the mancrafted products.
Our production of beer is limited and elaborated in a handcrafted way from the grind of the malt to the labelling of the bottles.
