Dan, worked as a baker acquiring the knowledge and traditional forms of work of this office. The year 1979 Mercè and Dan they initiated with their children a simple and natural life in the field.
They spent 5 years, seeking to improve the living conditions, decided to rent an oven in Arches of the Salt mines (Teruel). There began to work the bread and the conventional not organic pastry. The life was earned, but it was not filling them to do a work that was moving away from their trend: to work doing a healthy product and respecting the nature. In 1985-86 they began to do organic wholemeal bread, parallel with the conventional bread.
In 1989, they moved in the Masia Parral (Rosildos-Castellón), initiating a new stage as newstage. Since then they are working to offer their ecological products of bakery to persons who want and value healthy food.
